Individual Therapy

I work with individuals around issues of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, transition, meaning-making, relationships, addiction, trauma, and family conflict. I work collaboratively, from a behavioral change model, setting clear goals at the start of treatment and evaluating our progress as we go. We will evaluate what has worked for you in the past and what needs to change moving forward. Then we will draw on principles of CBT, DBT, or ACT to explore how to begin to explore and accept feelings, work with negative thought patterns, and shift behaviors.

 

Adolescent Therapy

With extensive work with adolescents and teens in inpatient treatment centers as well as the school environment, I am adept at building rapport with young people quickly and treating many of the issues that teens grapple with today, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, navigating transitioning to college, social media and peer pressures, among others.

 

Couples Therapy

Whether you are a couple experiencing conflict or looking to deepen your connection to one another, I provide a space that is compassionate and open. In this space, we explore your goals for our therapy together and work from an attachment perspective.
